Firearms Appeals
Have you been refused a gun licence?
I am frequently recommended by BASC to deal with appeals against the refusal of firearms and shotgun licences in England and Wales.
I operate a fixed fee of £5000 (plus VAT, travel, and overnight costs). This covers all of the preparation and any pre-trial hearings.
Hunting Offences

I am the go-to lawyer in England and Wales for Hunting Act 2004 offences, hare coursing and game poaching, including the new offence of "going equipped".
